Gamification Rules and Conditions

1. The Promoter

The promoter is SLASH TAG MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES Pty (Ltd) ("the Promoter").

2. Competition Period

• The competition starts on 06 October 2026 and closes on 31 December 2026 at 00h00 midnight.
• Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible for the draw.

3. Who Can Enter

• You must be a legal resident or citizen of South Africa.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must have a valid South African ID or passport.
• You must make use of the Slash Tag Mobile Application or Website for entries.

4. Who Cannot Enter

• Directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of the Promoter.
• Marketing service providers, suppliers, and the immediate family members or life partners of the above.

5. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must follow these steps:

• Look out for official Slash Tags appearing on promotional media, which includes:
• The bottom of TV advertisements
• Mentioned in Radio advertisements
• Displayed on Billboard advertisements
• Open the Slash Tag mobile app and use the search function to look up the featured slash tag.
• Each successful search of a valid campaign slash tag gives the user one automatic entry into the draw for a chance to retrieve a prize-linked tag.
• Standard data costs apply for downloading and using the mobile application.

6. The Prize

• Participants stand a chance to retrieve a slash tag that entails a prize.
• The specific prizes include: R100 000 (One Hundred Thousand) cash prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative goods.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be randomly selected by the application system or via a draw conducted on 31^st December 2026.
• Winners will be notified via in-app notification / SMS / Email within 48 hours of the draw.
• If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim their prize within 7 business days, the prize will be forfeited, and a runner-up winner may be selected.

8. General Rules

• The Promoter’s decision regarding the winners and any aspects of this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this competition at any time if deemed necessary for technical or operational reasons.
